Pippin?

I have received quite a few questions about why Pippin comments on my blog, and whether or not Pippin is a human.  Like Tolkien’s Pippin, this Pippin is a hafling; however, he’s an equine hafling.  I’ll let him explain:

Hims see da wurld from a 32″ tall vantage point and sez “like myself, life is pretty much black and white, whats right is right and what is wrong is wrong, wif da grey area being a thin line.  if you lib’s life wif a wide grey line you gonna haf indecishun and problems.  der be 10 commandments which pretty much keeps you outta trouble if you follow dem.”

Pippin likes to comment quite a bit.  You’d be surprised how much wisdom a 32″ tall miniature horse has.

Also, Pippin is my Mom. She works with critters, and she likes to talk in a “critter” voice.
